IPCCC 2019 Fee Schedule

All registrations will have a 20% VAT automatically added to your fees on final payment, pursuant to UK law.

VAT is the value added tax which is due by all registrants regardless of their country of origin, and is paid to the government (HMRC) of the UK -- it is not conference income.

Registration includes admission to the regular, short, and poster sessions, keynote presentations, conference proceedings, a welcome reception, and coffee breaks and lunch during the conference program.

The author registration deadline for regular/short papers is August 30, 2019, the poster deadline is August 30, 2019. Late registration may jeopardize publication of papers in the proceedings.

Registration Category:

Student Registration: For Full Regular or Short papers, one author per paper must pay the full non-student registration fee (either IEEE member fee or non-IEEE member fee), Thus, if a student is the sole attending author for a paper, he or she cannot register at the reduced student rate. If a student and a professor will both be attending, the professor should pay the full registration fee and the student may submit a second registration with the lower student registration fee. If the sole-attending author is a lifetime IEEE member, he or she may register at the student rate and email us regarding a discount.

Multiple Papers with the same Author:
If 2 papers are authored and will be presented by the same attendee, the 2nd paper will receive a discount of 20% of the full registration fee. A 3rd paper by the same author may be registered at the student rate. Any extra pages will require a charge of $100 per page. Please send an email regarding your registration with the paper numbers and titles of the papers being registered together, as well as the number of pages of each paper. This information should be emailed to the Registration Chair and Publications Chair.

Excess Page Charges:

FULL Regular papers:  8 pages (1-4 extra pages at $100 USD/page)
SHORT papers:         6 pages (1-2 extra pages at $100 USD/page)
POSTER papers:        2 pages (1-2 extra pages at $100 USD/page)

Registration Guidelines:

• Registration is not complete until payment has been received either by credit card or bank wire transfer (instructions should be requested by email).
• Attendees are eligible for special hotel rates (availability may be limited) at the conference hotel: hotel info
• Each attendee must register separately.
• If you are not a presenting author, registration may be cancelled, but no later than August 30, 2019 and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Registrants who cancel beyond the cancellation date, or fail to attend, may forfeit the registration fee.

Acceptance of IEEE policies are required to register for this event
