All tutorials are 1/2 day in length. By registering for tutorials, IPCCC'99 participants will be able to attend one full day of tutorials consisting of two half-day tutorials. Tutorial participants may select one tutorial in the morning and one tutorial in the afternoon to attend. To assist the organizing committee with scheduling the tutorials, please indicate your first and second choice for both morning and afternoon tutorials below. Registrants not using a credit card must include a check or money order payable to IPCCC'99 and drawn on a U.S. Bank, or a U.S. Branch of a foreign bank for the total amount in US$. Registration cancellations must be received no later than January 15, 1999. and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel beyond this date, or fail to attend, forfeit the registration fee.
